The flexible operation and precise positioning of robots rely entirely on the performance of bearings at their joints. Crossed roller bearings have become the preferred choice for various types of robots due to their ultimate characteristics. In the wrist and shoulder joints of six-axis industrial robots, crossed roller bearings with P4-level precision are required to ensure that the repeat positioning accuracy is controlled within ±0.02mm, meeting the high-precision operation requirements such as automotive component welding and electronic component insertion/extraction. For collaborative robots, their ultra-thin wall design (with a cross-sectional height as low as 5.5mm) significantly reduces joint weight. Combined with optimized preload adjustment technology, the starting torque can be reduced to below 0.05N·m, achieving the safety and flexibility of human-robot collaborative operations.
