The core requirements of DD Motors (Direct Drive Motors) and rotary tables are nanometer-level positioning accuracy and high-speed stable rotation. The zero-backlash and high rotational accuracy characteristics of crossed roller bearings perfectly match these demands. In scenarios such as semiconductor equipment rotary tables and CNC turntables, the rotational accuracy of crossed roller bearings can reach ≤0.001mm, and their anti-overturning stiffness is 3-5 times that of ordinary bearings. This effectively suppresses cutting vibration or positioning deviations, ensuring the consistency of chip packaging and precision machining.
The BNA series of crossed roller bearings adopts an equal-section thin-wall design (with both axial and radial cross-sectional dimensions of 8mm), which can significantly save internal space in DD motors. Combined with a hollow structure that reserves cable channels, it adapts to the integrated design needs of direct drive motors and is widely used in equipment such as liquid crystal panel inspection platforms and laser processing rotary tables. Insulated bearings can be used in conjunction with the stator part of DD motors to block the erosion of high-frequency currents on the bearings, ensuring the stable operation of the motor under high-frequency conditions.
