As critical equipment in scenarios such as precision machining and automated inspection, rotary tables impose extremely stringent requirements on rotational accuracy, anti-overturning stiffness, and operational stability. Crossed roller bearings, leveraging their core characteristics of zero backlash and high rigidity, serve as the core adaptive components of rotary tables, directly determining the positioning accuracy and operational efficiency of the equipment. Whether in semiconductor wafer inspection platforms, CNC machining center turntables, liquid crystal panel bonding rotary tables, or laser engraving turntables, crossed roller bearings achieve micron-level precise rotation, laying a solid foundation for the efficient operation of the equipment.
In high-precision rotary tables, the rotational accuracy of crossed roller bearings can be stably controlled at ≤0.001mm, and the anti-overturning stiffness is 3-5 times that of ordinary bearings. This effectively suppresses vibration and positioning deviations during high-speed rotation or cutting operations, ensuring the consistency and pass rate of processes such as chip packaging, precision component machining, and optical inspection. Addressing the need for integrated design, the BNA series of crossed roller bearings adopts an equal-section thin-wall structure, with both axial and radial cross-sectional dimensions as low as 8mm. This significantly compresses the internal installation space of the rotary table. Additionally, combined with a hollow structure design, it reserves channels for cables and air pipes, adapting to the trend of integrated and lightweight platform design.
Furthermore, for rotary tables under harsh operating conditions (such as high-temperature inspection environments or high-frequency operation scenarios), the wear resistance and stability of crossed roller bearings can be further enhanced through customized sealing structures, optimized lubrication schemes, and the selection of special materials. The supporting insulated bearings can block the erosion of high-frequency currents on the bearings, avoiding electrical corrosion damage and extending the service life of the rotary table, making them widely suitable for high-end rotary table application scenarios such as photovoltaic module inspection and electronic component packaging.
